Well, it's been a good 4 months or so since I've been on. Life has been busy lately. Now that hunting season is over and I'm back from vacation, firewood season is upon me. My brother and I sell a couple hundred cord a year and we both heat with wood. Yesterday we got a good stroke of business done. We bucked up a little over a 1/3 of one pile we have at our wood lot for processing. That pile of logs was three tri-axel loads.

I guess you can never have enough saws. I only ended up running two of my five. Figured I ought to at least take a picture. Everyone loves pictures right?

This is the truck that all our logs come on. It's very convenient dating a loggers daughter!

We grab all the logs with the excavator and buck them like that. We have a Timberwolf TW-2HD for a splitter. This spring we are picking up a 20 or 24 ft conveyor.

Maybe you should also date a saw dealer's daughter! Think of the possibilities.
