    It was so nice this morning after the rain moved out Sunny 72, the sky darkened ~1230 and it poured for another 2 1/2hrs sun popped out again for ~20mins now its storming again.
    If it would stop knocking the satellite out I'm fine with some rainy afternoon football

    Off to work I go today - ALL day. Nice to get back into the swing of things but I think I will enjoy retirement when it happens. Frosty this morning and the promise of clear sunny skies. Hope everyone has a good Monday.

    After our steak dinner on Friday and the nice breakfast the next morning I put three or four pounds back on so I'm hoping to be back at 216 or 217 on Friday.

    I backed my workouts down to two 20 minute sessions per day from the 30 minutes I was doing.

    Salads for dinner Monday-Wednesday and then I'll see where I am weight wise.

    Just got back from my daughter's basketball game. It was a tough one. They kept it fairly close but lossed by 6 points. We all still hung out together though and had a good evening.
