    I tried the Pecan and it's pretty darn good. Tastes just like pecan pie. I think I'll have another slice...:whistle:

    I also have tried the flavored type whiskeys. pfft. Take 'em or leave 'em, no matter.

    I started with Bourbon and never liked the "after burn". Switched over to Rye and enjoyed that and then to Scotch. I drink everything straight, and have only used ice cubes just a number of times. Probably less than 5 times total over the years.

    I don't drink much, but I don't want my whiskey/scotch/rum to taste like a soda pop.....just taste like the way it was made.

    I'll occasionally use ice but very rarely. I like to try a glass of any new whiskey neat and then with a drop or two of water using a dropper just to see what it does some whiskeys really open up and take on a new flavor range.

    Drinkin' some Johnnie Walker Red Label on the rocks. Just started taking a liking to Scotch lately. Bourbon is too sweet, but Scotch is just right. Sure tastes good after a day in the woods!

    Had to put the Scotch away and scale back to some Labatt's. If not, I would pass out on the floor of the barn. Got the chain touched up and cleaned the saw up. Ready for some more fun tomorrow!

    Buddy of mine brought some of the Innis & Gunn back from his vacation down in Tennessee two years ago.... Very limited sale through the US, from what we tell. But finally found it locally... Needless to say I was very happy to get that text...:cheers:

    Between the scotch and the beer and the unseasonably warm weather, spirits are quite high tonight. Prolly gonna pay for it tomorrow, but that's ok. Maybe I'll chase the ole' lady around the house wearin' nuttin' but my Stihl cuttin' chaps. I'll let you know how that works out.

    :rofl: :lol: Oh. It wasn't that many. Prolly 3. I don't drink much of the stuff anymore. If I do I usually buy the Grey Goose and a small bottle last me a long time. My wife bought this cheaper stuff to save some dough. :picard:It's okay. But again. You get what you pay for.
