Either a late 066, or early 660. Starts, runs, cuts, and oils as it should. Unknown history, but expect wear and tear, saw is probably 15 years old. Piston and cylinder are real nice, should make someone a real nice saw for a lot less than what it would sell for on Ebay. Yeah I would like to make a few bucks on it, and I would actually like a little more for it, but at this price whoever buys it has enough room to make a few on it as well.
Bought it from a fellow saw friend, he needed the funds for something else. I have a ported 064 or I would keep it, no question about it. Missing a small chunk under bar pad from thrown chain, doesn't affect anything that I know of. Real good saw for the price, I have seen parts saws sell for as much if not a little more. Take it to the woods and go cut!
FHC is where its listed, if it doesn't sell real fast I will toss it on AS or Ebay. I typically sell a saw within 24 hours when I list it on AS, so I must be reasonably cheap lol. Saw would probably bring $525-550 on Ebay, I am normally real close on price, I have sold quite a few saws on there.
This is a very good deal on a running, cutting Stihl 660!

I've got too many irons in the fire going or it would be mine. Buy from him with confidence.

I think it has a later jug, this saw is a "mutt" in that sense, but ready to slay some wood!

Yeah, it had a 64 recoil cover. Traded it in toward a new MS241 a little while ago. Should have held onto it, but been wanting to check out one of these new 241's.
