Our 3rd winter storm that shut the state down in 3 1/2 weeks. Just got somewhat cleaned out last night. On my last pass the snow blower breaks down and spend a couple hours takin it apart to fix it. Predicted possibility of another storm in a week or so. And the next 4 days -0 for high temps. Is it spring yet!? A sample of the temps below.
You could move here to Seattle, PA........it's been dreary, rainy and sopping wet for nearly a month it seems..... I want some winter!! I got big oak logs up in the woods on the farm that I wanna mill for bedroom flooring!!! I need the ground to freeze ......
For sure ND has been getting winter this year. Cold is not strange thing there but I don't think many are accustomed to the amount of snow they are getting this year. It seems most of the storm tracks are taking the storms either north or south of us. We don't mind though.
Most of the state is sitting in the mid 40 inch range for snow depth. If I remember right the average snow fall is 21 inches. Our cold is just an expected thing. I just hope it will be a gradual thaw come spring. In the last 20 years we have had massive floods in 2 of our bigger cities and another 2 were at the brink of disaster multiple times.
