Hum, sounds like a planned pregnancy.
All we all know how those go. Look what happened to rottiman so lets say you are waiting for the right opportunity to come knocking at your door. I think the best thing for working couples is having two dogs. Neither of us work, so it is a whole different story. We don't travel either. All these dogs and cats came before our son and his family came to live here. We love them all. We make fools of ourselves over them. They get pampered, Lots of toys. I don't have regrets about it.

That is my point exactly, you can't, they happen, and that is the way it goes for most life.

It took a couple days to go through this whole thing. Wow there are some fine friends everyone has. A couple real lookers too, I'm not normally a lab guy but William and a sleek Black with bright eyes, those are two fine looking labs. I've definitely not been a small fuzzy friend guy, however some of these little buggers, Giz, the blur brothers and Buddy, I could see worming in awful deep. Floyd, Emma, Bear, the big slobber lover buckets, can't beat them, those are more my speed, being a Bernard lover. They're all just wonderful.

Take care of your fuzzy families.

It'll be a while I think, but I'll put them up in time. First time since I can remember that I am without a furry family member(since before I could walk). Ginger was my rock, after the kids grew up and moved on(as they do), she was there every morning and at the window every afternoon. Like all the others she'll never be forgotten, but she and Doz was my two special bestest buds.

We have some Chihuahua puppies now. The wife rescued two females from an abusive home. The woman who owned them is in prison and the guy just left them abandoned in a trailer house. They are really sweet girls, coming out of their shells quite nicely. They had a male with them too, luckily only one got pregnant. That puts us at 18 dogs now, counting my Heeler pups.:picard:

I had a Chihuahua, all 7 lbs of her. She lived for 17 yrs. Was so hard watching her decline. What a nice dog to take in the car. She loved to go everywhere. Really loved the night lights.

Chihuahuas are amazingly loving dogs. They will show they love you in so many ways. Thanks for rescuing them. I would adopt if closer. The pictured one has nearly the same arrow on her head as our Saucy.
