114 bags (2.28 tons) since Sept. 1 2016, 36 in December '16, 18 to-date in Jan. '17 (through 1/15/17).
I'll count mine in about 9 days. But should be a bit less than Decembers counts?? Thanks to all this warmth, Woot!!
7o season to day, 22 for Jan.. looking for maybe 1 more this month... looks like I was at 73 at this point last year...
43 in Jan. 125 for the year. I expect Feb. will be about the same with the temps I'm seeing in the extended forecast.
1 stove or 2 Still, We are only about half way through. 8 tons a season, Eek! I just could not imagine......... And it hasn't been really all that cold. A cold snap and even more wowserzzzzzzz......... He bee one of the piggiest here for sure!!
Oink!! Also, just keeping everything about 72 on the bottom floor and 68ish upstairs all day everyday for the first time. Pretty uniform throughout a 2400+ sq foot house. Pellet stoves are not magic, if you want the heat you need the btu's. And I certainly have the btus. And for $99 a ton, who cares!! Next year I will probably go back to setting back 5+ degrees while we are at work. It makes a big difference it appears.
We are not worthy O' master oinker!! Yeppers, I save a bit(or so I think) with setback both during the day and at night while under the blankies. How much? Don't really know as I have always gone with setting it back. Cus I'm cheap as cheap can be!!
