    I know exactly what you mean raybonz my Dad is in the same position now. We are having him up today for Christmas and he will be worn out by the time we get him back to the nursing home. At 92 you just never know how many Christmas's we have....Mom will be here too, she is 87. God is good

    Unfortunately dad is wheelchair bound and can't come home.. He will have visitors as a couple of my sisters will visit.. His diabetes restricts him to stay there as he can't check himself or give himself his insulin due to very bad arthritis.. I made sure to spread the Christmas cheer to all the elderly folks while there! Many still have the Christmas spirit despite their problems! We did get there yesterday and today we are going to my oldest son's home for dinner and gifts..
