    The real cheddar, as well as most great to excellent cheeses are from Wisconsin.

    Just saying...

    I used to live in Maine, I had the Vermont stuff, it's OK, but not as good as the Wisconsin cheeses. California makes more cheese in total lbs, but it's low quality stuff.

    Already started as well. Had a few beers from 4:30-6:00, then commenced eating too much food. :whistle: Comfy chair led to....... surprised I made it till now. Time for bed.

    I'm off for 11 days in a row. We were drinking at work in the after noon for our office party. I cut a purchase order for 250k while buzzed.
    1 day later, the PO still looked good, even after the execs looked at it.:yes:

    Some French cheese is amazing. Others, us Sconnies do better. Especially blues and stilton's. European's don't really do Cheddars, so us Americans own that.
