    Went out this morning and did the boiling war experiment. -22 is not quite cold enough to turn it all of it into ice, but it did a pretty good job.

    We've reached our high for the day. Wind is howling. Headed for -5 tonight. I plan on spending the day in the shop making a Christmas present for the wife....just haven't figured out what yet.

    Coffee is soaking in nicely.

    Crazy huh.....started 30+ years ago with 10 siblings (I'm married to one) as they awaited the return of their brother from Vietnam.
    Now it includes nieces, nephews, grands, and even some strangers occasionally
    BIG TIME!!!!

    schlot .... sorry no French toast.... I ended up with a patio steak cooked on the cast iron and 3 eggs...

    Back from church. Kids had their Christmas program. Lots of fun, food afterwards and time with friends and family.

    Made the Pastors day...made a couple different kinds of cookies, one batch was gluten free just for him. Told him to take the extra from the batch home.

    It's the simple things my friends. :)

    Tried to rain yesterday but didn't get warm enough. Freezing (just) this morning so it will be interesting to see what we get today for weather. Got chicken in the crock pot for dinner, scrubbed out the dishwasher this morning, campinspecter fired up the boiler this morning and did two loads of laundry. After I finish my tea, we will decorate!!! Oh, yes, I guess I should get dressed in day clothes too.
