    Looks like he didn't get any resolution with the dealer, or he just so Pee'd off that he can't stand it any more. Too bad. He got off on the wrong foot by paying too much for that stove in the first place. Hate it when someone gives up, but his problem could have been addressed differently. I can understand why he became so disgusted with his deal.

    Looks like the dealer found one in stock down at a stove shop in new jersey and replaced the old chitty one.

    Harman sucks and i had to get the bbb involved and a legal letter but I got a new stove. after this harman experience and my ashley stove experience I Dont want anything to do with pellet stoves anymore. Sold my stash stove hopefully soon

    I cant say that I blame you, two bad experiences out of the gate would leave a bad taste for most. You might re think this though when dino fuel rockets back up.
