Any good canned cat food 9 Lives, Friskies,Fancy Feast, or a good dry food Science Diet (1-6 year old) unless it is really a kitten or senior cat.

Well some shelters are better than others. While cats are quite social when fixed they rarely do well at a shelter unless the people at the shelter are real cat folks and have plenty of funds.

This is completely a brief version of the story...so, I've been getting Sunday Ticket since 1996 with no other DTV programming. I was grandfathered at some point because apparently you can no longer do that. In 1996 it was $109 for the season, this season was $380. Tried to get price reduced to $245 which was their base for the Ticket. Customer service basically said thank you for being a ST customer for 20 years but because of my base package they cannot give me the $245 package. I said FU and cancelled it because I found out beforehand that they offer college students the Sunday Ticket U (streaming version) for $99. Soooo both of my oldest college kids qualified for it so I signed one of them up on my credit card. My laptop has an hdmi port on it so I sent it to my tv, works great!

Well, i am down 27lbs. Gonna be below 200 for the first time since '09 here soon.

I won't bore with details, but i've gone full ketogenic.

I googled it , no carbs and we all know that Smoothies have carbs , getting your self back to a healthy weight is a very good thing . My Honey cut out a lot of carbs a few years ago , pasta and bread is no longer a staple in this house , my carbs come in the liquid form

You can still have a beer or three on keto. Just gotta drink the Michelob Ultras of the world.

I usually go keto for two months or so a year. Easy way to shed a few pounds without feeling like you are starving yourself.
My blood work is always good when I am on it too.
I love me some carbs, but after doing the keto thing I am pretty convinced that I run better low carbing than full carbing. It's just very difficult to adhere to socially. So I try to do it during the slow months. Sept Oct or Feb-Mar
Good luck on the rest of your diet!
