Mornin' Hoarders, woke up to 4" of fresh snow. Looks like the warm fall is now over, and winter starts according to the upcoming forecast. Morning breakfast ritual underway and then clean up starts. Everyone stay safe and have a great day.......................

Morning folks I'm off to play in the muddy snow and get coffee. Good times ahead! We have a couple inches of very very wet snow.

Still busy when it should be slowing down. I'm burnt from this last busy season. Our biggest year ever and I'm not even happy about it. Family is hornery from lack of attention. The phone is prolly gonna get deliberateLEE shut off in 10 days regardless of work. Bodys beat. Mind wanders all day at work thinking of all the stuff that needs done before snow flies. Im throwin in the towel soon until at least Jan 5 regardless of who wants what !!!!!:hair::hair::hair::hair::hair::wacky::wacky:

I like that set up, Just my two cents, if you have coon around, put some small opening fence along the outside of you pen to keep coon from reaching in. Chickens are so stupid, they will let the coon pull their heads off from the other side of the fence. Wire needs to be small enough for the coon not to be able to reach through.

Our trip yesterday was great and the perfect day for it. Left town to 1" of snow with more coming down. 15 mins out of town there's no snow. An hour out of town and we are driving through a winter wonderland with sunshine streaming down. Get to Campbell River and there is no snow but still sunshine. Bare roads all the way back even though it is trying to snow in the last half of the drive. Get home and it is still snowing with less on the ground than when we left. This is west coast weather.

Woke up to a skiff of snow and now it is really coming down so I think we might have 1/4 inch by now. It is suppose to be sunny this afternoon.

campinspecter is celebrating his birthday today and his project is! rewiring the kitchen lights to LED track lighting. It is going to be nice when it is finished. The fluorescent fixtures he is taking out have been there 38 years. Time for them to go.

When I got home I got the snow blower out and played because I have never run one before, it seems to handle well, we only got 3 or 4 inches and was perfect to test drive the blower, so far I like it...
