    The dividing wall between the enclosed garage and semi open carport (where the door currently is)will be torn down 12' or to about the fire extinguisher. That area will be my 12'x12' sitting space/man cave.
    After the holidays I will insulate all the perimeter walls and ceiling then cover with plywood. image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg

    Excuse the mess...its quite comfy down here,even in summer with the AC.Rest of big old house - LR,DR,other rooms on upper 2 floors are more spartan/less cluttered.My shop/garage & the saw shack are a bit more tidy also.:yes:

    When rest of family visits,they don't come down here too much,which is fine with me.....:D:dex:
