Intend to slide the big ones (12'-6"High X10' Wide) and the horse stall doors as well. Swing the loft doors and an insulated exterior for the man door into tack room.

You thought you got rid of me:rofl:
All's good on the southern front - twisters stayed northwest of us

Got a couple good turdflotahs to put out the fire up the mountain, more rain and strong storms in the forecast so hopefully we'll climb out of the drought.

    More progress today.

    From the road: IMG_2488.JPG

And around to the last side, the end facing the house.

I also went into the back yard and removed all rocks and back-dragged the area where we ran/dug the ditch for electrical and water to barn. A big relief to get that in decent shape before hard freeze hits.

Gas are you planning on battens at a future date or the house wrap for now?

I understand that my friend. And I appreciate the suggestion. I mentioned that to a couple people helping me with the barn. Two concerns. First is the cost. Second is the look. Right now I am out of money. Like always, I end up spending more than I thought!

Battens go over all siding. House wrap only goes where small tack room is. We wrapped the outside two walls with the wrap and that gets covered with same siding and battens. Inside two walls will also get wrap and then covered with siding.

Gasifier cheapest barn door roller system is unistrut with trolleys designed to ride in them. Works great and cheaper than heavy duty hinges nevermind the real barn door hardware. McMaster Carr carries all the HW with load ratings and such.

On another note, this is what my boot repair looks like. Went with Tuff Toe and it reminds me of a chocolate coated ice cream bar. Definitely not wearing these to the prom, but whatever.

Na na na boo boo, stick your boots in doodoo!

Mcmaster Carr is great as they have everything. However, you can nearly always find a better deal on it elsewhere if you don't need it ASAP, and you can do some research.
