What I call a good Day.

Woke up to a weather forecast that said mid-50's today bright and sunny.
I replaced my kitchen stove a few weeks ago and the old one was still sitting on my front porch. Decided to load it up and bring it to as buddy's metal pile. Went to the dump on the way back so all my trash is cleared out. (lol)
Got home and cleaned up the kitchen and found 2 $50.00 gift cards one from Visa and one from AMEX. These were from a couple of my customers last Christmas. Can't hurry these things.

Called Home Depot in Plymouth , Ma to see if they still had FSU's in stock. They did at $249 / ton.
Then called The Wareham, Ma HD to see what they had (it is a bit closer for me) They had the same thing.

So I loaded up the truck with the Kid and the Dog and we went "Over the Bridge" to HD.
Along the way I filled up truck for $1.89 a gallon at Stop and Shop (had $.20 off a gallon), Bought 30 lbs of Dog Food at Tractor Supply (on Sale). And then paid $149 (+ 2 $50 gift cards) for a ton of FSU's at Home Depot.

On way back brought my buddy a coffee and hung out in his shop for a bit.

Got home and Kid and I unloaded the ton into the basement.
Nice now that he is big enough to carry pellet bags

Just sitting down now and waiting for the Pats/Seattle game tonight.
