Summer arrived today in Michigan so I went out and stacked a little wood. Got almost all of that particular pile stacked and my covering is a little short but done. I may add a strip of rubber roofing I have to that one side but haven't decided. Might just let it go as is.

btw, someone might comment about the green in the picture. Of course some of it is pine but the other green is autumn olive which grows and spreads like wildfire. But it is good deer cover and they do seem to like eating the green leaves this time of the year as there is not much else green.

Looks like summer. We have a frosting of snow on the mountains across the water.

Woodwidow, snow is getting close to us and we might see some tomorrow.

thewoodlands yes, I believe that is all ash. A lot of it is from last springs GTG and it was split by HDRock TurboDiesel and Tim's nephew. Someone else may have had a hand in it and if so, I apologize for not mentioning you. My memory is slipping a bit.

Crazy weather here also, 72 today. Opening day of gun season tomorrow and suppose to be almost 70 and rain then dropping down to 32 and snow overnight. Not holding out too much hope to see a deer tomorrow, maybe Sunday if it stays cold. Nice stacks!
