One of the "Top dog" splitters

You ever get into cutting some big ponderosa pine ?
Make a truck load fast from those trees

bogydave I haven't cut ponderosa pine in years, there's plenty of it around here, I cut mostly Pinion Pine and Tamarack up to 27".... I had a 22 ton Iron & Oak it wouldn't split the gnarly Pinion Pine very well, this 30 ton goes through it no problem at all.......Picture is a friend, I'm not all that good at falling those big trees.

I like it. I prefer splitters that let you work at waist level instead of having to bend over.
