beautiful day here in the Great Lakes region. Got about half of what I need brought up to the deck. Finish it up tomorrow, need to get two more cinder blocks for another rack. All ash and cherry. Should be ready, been c/s/s since summer 2015. I've always been able to let wood sit long enough that being dry has never been a problem but I really want a moisture meter, purely out of curiosity.
One more rack like the one in the picture also. I Just burn weekends and some nights after work. I used 1.5 cord last year.
Easy to move and cheap too. They work for me and my property. Wish I had space to build some of the awesome storage buildings you folks have.
Love my truck. Perfect size for everything I need. Not tiny but not full size, tows 20' boat no problem, hauls a decent amount, zero problems in five years and looks great IMO. Upgraded the suspension as the rear leafs were pitiful, much needed upgrade. After I sold off my final Volkswagen I vowed to never put money into aftermarket parts for a vehicle again, sadly (actually happily but gotta pretend it's a sickness to keep wifey at bay) I'm going down that same road with this truck.
