    Woodwidow, sorry for not finding this thread until now (and the link you sent. Thank you). As you know we were out of town for a few days.

    It just really struck me though when I saw your first post in this thread and seeing that you got 24 likes speaks volumes for what the people on this site think of you and Allan. Yes, both of you are very highly thought of and we're proud to have you here. Now, for a speedy healing and all will be well again.

    Just an update for those who have been so kind to send me good well wishes. Bandages came off and the scar apparently looks "good". I will be able to heel walk for short goes. I have to go back in four weeks. Mom and I had a good laugh though yesterday. She has her cane on her arm, pushing me in the wheelchair into the hospital for my checkup. She said we should have had a picture of this. Poor campinspecter ended up with all the driving and keeping track of us. It was really ugly weather all day.
