Hows this for welcoming a new neighbor?

Umm, what am I paying forward? No one gives me or gifts me anything. And help? I asked 3 times for help in my lifetime and each time it ended wrong. So I refuse to ask for help and just find a way to do things myself even if the job might require several healthy men. It just takes me a lot longer, but I get it done. In some cases, if I don't know how to do something, I'll learn it first, and then take care of what needs to be done. No begging, no whining, no complaining, just doing!

Now as for helping others. I help whenever I know there is a need. It's just the way I am.
