They are paying big $ to get that dumpster removed every week. Now they want you to come take it away and pay $400 a week. Good move on Quick Built Truss part if they can find a sucker.
There's a modular house builder near here and they leave their dumpster by the road. You can back your truck up next to it and take a load for free.
I have a friend that brings his trailer to some of my job sites and we fill it with cut offs. Better than paying to dump it. I take some home once in a while for kindling but find it easier just to split the pine I have.
That's a ton of wood, but even for $400 for something there paying to get rid of is a bit steep in my eyes. Wish it were 1300 miles closer!
