Much needed

Fired up last night for the first time, loaded again this morning and just now came home from 5 hours of Trunk or Treat with a real feel of 34º. Man does it feel nice in here, have some ash, cherry and elm burning now.

I had two so far this year and appreciated how they really warmed the place up so nicely.

 

I have a regency I3100 and love it!
The pup is laying in front of it now panting.

 

That's not a good pic. Once I got down on his level he started crawling towards me. He's 207 but luckily he doesn't know how big he really is.

Thanks, it looks a little messy with wood setting in front of the stove but this cold snap sort of came up on us before I have my stash up close to the house it was a little on the damp side, top covered but damp ends.

 

Yeah, you have to love how the stoves heat up the houses.

I'm on my second fire of the season tonight in my Quadrafire 4100 insert.

It's not really that cold tonight, but hauling firewood today made me feel like having another fire.

 

That's called stove withdraw, we're all here to help you get through it unscathed

 

Thats a real nice looking set up Locust Post. I enjoy the rustic traditional look over modern and sleek. It looks very warm and inviting.
