    Just got the last of my wood stacked for the year. Gotta bout another cord or so that needs to come in the basement but that's it. This is about 6 cords total all free from scrounging this spring.

    Looking good! Keep hoarding, splitting and stacking to get as far ahead as you can. If you let that wood season several years and you'll be blown away at how well it burns and heats!

    What kinds of wood did you end up with?

    Just about every kind. A lot of birch, ash, maple, poplar and some pine. Most of it has an MC of 20% or less at this point.
