Well I have had a busy day today. First thing I cleaned the boiler and the chimney under Campinspecter's watchful eye and camera. Those pictures were terrible. :emb: Lit the boiler and when the storage tank got up to 160 F, started the first of the four loads of wash. Sheets got hung up inside but the rest went out on the line. Tried making a calzone, the results are in the smokehouse thread
    http://firewoodhoardersclub.com/forums/index.php?threads/amateur-calzone-production.2546/

Went down and bought some marmalade oranges and made marmalade
    http://firewoodhoardersclub.com/forums/index.php?threads/marmalade-making.2547/

Tried to keep Campinspecter from doing anything strenuous
And everyone else was watching the big game?
I think I will sleep well tonight.

Watched about 5 min. Been cleaning and killing time online. Think I am going to practice banjo here soon. Glad you had a good and productive day.

Took a walk on Saturday afternoon. This pond is a little over a mile from our camp. It was cloudy with very flat light which can sometimes make for a good picture. I tried with this tree as a subject. I think I needed a little more evergreen in the back to bring it out better.

The kids had fun 'penguining sliding' on the clear patches of ice. It was the highlight of Saturday afternoon. They did it for oover an hour.

And we came across a rather large old yellow birch out in the woods.

Well I cleaned the boiler out, then went to camp and cleaned the pellet stove out, then went out and took care of some errands this morning. Came home and shoveled a little, then put the Bobcat to work plowing. Trying to clean this snow mess up we got the other day. Everything was going good until the plow, which has no trip mechanism on it, caught the ground and broke. o_OI mean really broke. :zip: The frame busted, and one of the rams is bent, and the other ram has it's casing broken as well. Always something. I took one look at it as I set it at my neighbors shop, shook my head and said, "Oh well. No sense getting bent out of shape about it."  Pardon the pun. Luckily I had most of the plowing finished. I will have to use the bucket for the snow coming Wednesday. I think I may just do away with the rams all together and just have his welder weld the plow up solid and maybe angled to the right a bit when he fixes it. It saves a lot of time to be able to just keep going while plowing rather than using the bucket.

I haven't had time to listen to either of them yet guys. But I will today! Gotta take a kid to doctor for allergy shot, then to school.

Kid to doctors, then school. Hair cut for me and then home to vacuum basement up. :rolleyes:o_O Done.:zip: Break time for caffeine. Then time to bring in some more wood. Some snow coming tomorrow. But I think we are going to be missed by most of it and thewoodlands is going to be hit by the most of it! :p

We shall see. I do have this coming in from Blevin's (without the extensions) it should be here tomorrow. It will allow me to bring some saws with other equiment back in the woods, I can also haul wood from the stacks to the house.

Saw this on CL last night for $65. It's all metal and has wheels... Got an email back this morning saying he got a lot of offers, would I be willing to pay more than the asking price? :( Would have been perfect between my garage doors.
