Oregon 21 BPX .325/.058 chain. I have an unopened 100 foot reel, includes the loop boxes, presets, tie straps, safety labels ... $199 plus shipping.
If anyone wants loops I have them available for the following: 16" $9.99 18" $10.49 20" $10.99 Shipping is $6.80 for USPS priority mail flat rate package to any US destination. I should be able to fit about 10 loops per package. Prefer Paypal Friends and Family, money order, or local pickup.
I'm surprised no one has jumped on this yet as I priced it to sell. I looked at all the discount sites and set the prices about 30% less than the lowest I found. This is great chain if you have not tried it.
I will also sell any length of chain for you to make your own loops at 14 cents per drive link. :edited:
I didn't realize until recently that USPS Flat Rate Priority mail is valid to all US destinations, not just the continental US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, etc ...
I think that .058 gauge is the best gauge for .325 pitch chain. Both .050 and .058 have the same cutting kerf. The difference is that .050 chain is .058 chain with the bottom half of the drive links machined down to .050, the top half of the chain is identical between the two. The width of the bars are also identical. However, .050 allows less oil flow through the bar channel since the channel is narrower. So .050 is really a slightly crippled version of .058. Narrow kerf .050 (Pixel chain in Husqvarna speak) is a different matter. This chain has true .050 drive links. The Pixel bars are also narrower than standard .050 bars. Mixing and matching of .050NK and standard .050 chains and bars may or may not work depending upon the saw it is used on. The larger .063 gauge has a wider cutting kerf than .050/.058 and the wider drive link channel allows increased oil flow but there is increased drag due to the wider kerf and puts more of a load on the saw. So it seems to me that .058 offers the best trade off of cutting kerf vs oil flow.
Well, none of this sold on ebay either, guess .325/.058 is not very desirable. I have closed this for sale ad. I am keeping the chain for my future use.
