    Thinkin' about doing something today.
    Mowed the weeds yesterday.
    Mighta' been Wednesday.
Should probably put the chains back on the tractor. I should also put the plow on, but all the pivot points are worn and it really won't lift very high, which makes it a PITA to use.
Should prolly just buy a new one. The last pin I replaced was $50 with shipping. :hair::picard:
Won't EVER do that again, when I can get the whole plow for around $300.
Need to change the oil in the tractor too.
Brother and I will be heading back down to my son's place Mon. or Tues. to finish up the remod work we started back in April......I think it was April.
Should be a load of Ash showing up this weekend. Might need to give the kid a reminder.
Pumpkin pie may be on the agenda.:dex:

Well. I liked them, I guess. They were pretty good. I stopped at four.

Well, my littlest daughter made Apple Crisp with apples picked off our tree!:)I had to save room.

    This isn't helping the waistline....:picard:

Can't argue with physics. Calories in versus calories out. Weight goes on or weight comes off.

    But I can burn 1000 calories taking a nap...so there's that.

Tonight is the second evening working up this one. The next ones will go a little easier. It is fastened to a piece of old growth fir wall stud from an old cottage. I think it will get a coat of semi-gloss poly tomorrow to deepen the wood color and keep the splinters in check.

That works until someone calls in and you get mandated OT. Still, day shift is usually better.

Every time we meet new people be it in the grocery store or the next years pre-school teachers they always question or assume our lil on is our grandaughter.:rofl: :hair::doh:

TMI, I was standing a checkout line at the grocery store over a year ago and couple around our age was behind me. Both their kid and my kid immediatley started interacting. Yep, it was their grandkid they are raising and assumed mine was my grandkid too:picard:. AWESOME development, turns out that very same lil boy is attending MY kids school and they are in kindergarten together. Cool!!

WW, just chock it up to the effects of long winters. It's the "norm". My SIL has the potential to be a great-grandmother before she hits 60. True story. :picard:

Sucked it up and took the hit.
New studded snows and new wheels for the wife's Honda. At least the new wheels are cooler than the stock ones. Glad TireRack opened up a center in Denver.
Guess what I'm doing next week end?
