I go to a wt. loss support group. Lost another 3.2 lbs this week. That is about 25 lbs since June. I'm not hungry. But can't eat much that has carbs in it. No bread, potato, rice sugars, or processed food. Not so bad once I got a few weeks into it. I'm eating a lot more meat than I ever did. Maybe I won't be so anemic. Of all sweet things I miss, doughnuts and apple pie top the list. I wish I could master the art of moderation. That has always been a problem with me.

Moderation is really the key to any dust that will work long term. Cutting carbs, sweets, etc completely won't ever work. Your body will crave the things you prevent yourself from eating, and you'll over do it when you fall off the diet wagon.

If you can have a cheat day one day of the week, you get to curb that need, but still have not had that item for 6 of the 7 days.

Awww... Its Friday... Hopefully Dad will get out of the hospital today or tomorrow and I'll get to go home Saturday. Been back at "home" since Tuesday babysitting Mom and Dad... He's up and moving around yesterday, actually making good progress the last day and half.

Nice you're able to be there to lend a hand while you're Dad's in the hospital. Good that he's up and getting around a bit. I'm sure he's glad you're there.

Mornin' Hoarders, getting ready for another great day. The Boss & I are headed over to a local farmers market which is about 40 miles away. Last couple of weeks for it. We usually go a couple times a month. Great restaurant on a lake there, so we always go there for lunch. Good relaxing day ahead. Glad to hear your Dad is on the mend CHVYMN99. Everyone have a great and safe day.

Sounds like you could add some charges for training/schooling/information about wood stoves for this young guy!

Good late morning, 60-ish and rain.
Continued puttering around the go-rodge. My project is taking much longer than I'd like but it is coming along.
Have decided to hang 1/2" osb along the back wall so I tore out a couple newly built shelves and started over,,if I keep changing my mind I'll never get it done!
The osb is gonna' be much more better!!
