Well, my son had afternoon/evening football game last night.
It was about 58 degrees outside with strong wind driven mist. I stood on the sidelines in a pair of shorts t shirt and a 3 season flannel shirt (fleece lined).
By the time I got home I was soaked and freezing.
House was sitting about 60 degrees and had that damp feeling in the air. Wind was blowing strong NE and was coming right off the Lake at the house. Sucking the heat out with it.
    Even the Dog looked cold.

I looked over at the stove and figured What the Heck.

Hit the ON button and stated burning a bag of last years North Americans From TSC.
Stove fired right up with no problems (after sitting all spring and summer)

Within about a 1/2 hour the house was comfy enough to start shedding layers.

Nice to hear the sound of pellets falling into the burn pot again.

BTW the kids team won 48-18. :D

Lit mine twice already, just to take the chill out! ( and watch the fire with a couple of beers! )
