    Is that lake as shallow as it first appears? Thanks for the very entertaining pictures. That certainly is a nice place to visit. Good educational tools for education the public, but especially young children. Helps them learn and appreciate the outdoors and nature.

    That sure is. We have a lot of them in the river not far from us. They are protected. They are huge fish, prehistoric looking. They are seen jumping out of the water many times. I am told it is a cleaning thing.

    I've been meaning to go (the wife had gone before) so we finally went together. They have canoes you can go in but we decided we would do that another day.

    We will check it out! Thanks for the tip.

    Right now we know we know we want to hit Niagara Falls, Letchworth State Park (grand canyon of the east), Watkins Glenn, the Adirondacks and somewhere else I can't remember right now.

    If anyone here has been to any of these places and has suggestions feel free to share them.
