Fresh off the boat! A friend of mine works on a scallop boat and saved 3lbs for me after his last trip. I gave a pound to my FIL and my dad and cooked our pound last night. Just some butter, oil, salt and pepper lightly. Served em over linguini with white sauce

You ain't kiddin. These were about half that. Plus most of the "fresh" stuff you see in markets has already been frozen once.
Or is shark fin..... scallops should be of different sizes. When they are all the same size, this can mean cookie cutter shark fin...... Very similar in taste
