Lucky you - the rain we were supposed to get this morning thru early afternoon, is staying in the northern parts of the state. I even rode my bike thinking it could get the bugs washed off the fairing.

Still hot here, with temps near 100 F today.

Butttttttttttttttttttttttt, then comes the cool down and the forecasters are using the "R" word :D

Has not been a really dry summer here, but some dampness will certainly be nice.

Clear the air a bit and lessen the fire danger.

STOVE SEASON IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER

Subbies are out due to $$$ and the CVT.......... Ford Escapes $$$ have a 6 speed, Plus $$ dropped to where I might be able too. Gonna take an Escape 1.6L ecoboost(turbo) out and see. Then maybe the 2.0L. AWD and 4WD are too $$$ to me. But safer travel and less white knuckles might be worth a lil more?

Both are Certified pre owned and carry the rest of the factory warranty. Then drive line to 100K.

I don't want to spend more than $18K.........................

No love for the CVT? Ive never driven one but many are using them now. Not sure if I like the idea or not.

I drove one. Its OK but not as smooth as they say. Issue is when you need service. You can't even check the fluid...............

    Dealer only blah blah blah.............

The "dealer only" on the Suby CVT is true....there isn't even a dipstick or sightglass to check the level. But they're MUCH better than the Nissan version....me no like dat one at all.

My wife has a Jeep Patriot with it. I hate it, it sucks. But then again, so does the rest of the vehicle.
