Got 120 red oak blocks done up today. Sixed a lot of them. Finally a day here where I didn't sweat my nuggets off. 004.JPG

I know what your talkin about Mook. Those oak blocks give off such a nice (to me) aroma when freshly split. I love it. My whole backyard smells like it.

Do you worry about the snow plows pushing snow down over the bank in the winter and landing on your stack and it toppling over?

No. Firstly, its farther than it looks and that's a 9 mo stack about ready for transfer to the shed. Hasn't happened yet anyway and is also top covered now with metal roofing screws through galvanized into the splits and more weight on top.

Plus, you probably don't get a lot of snow.
