I finally have something to put up.

This is a first for me. How about this wood eating behemoth? Any guesses on number of cords it would take if you had it installed in your own house? I go through from the usual 3 up to 5 cord with my papa depending on the winter, I wouldn't fathom a guess on the feed this thing would consume.

Wow. What an insert. No I've never seen one like that. I've seen pics of double sided fireplaces.

    No blower.

Link is no longer valid. Sure wish you guys would post the picture or take a screenshot of the listing and not just the link. Idk how many times I've seen this happen in a post. Really kills the post when the item sells. Sry for the rant.

Picture an old Woodland brand insert. Two of those back to back, but factory made, doors with draft caps on both ends. With a butterfly flu that looked to be 8 x 14 oval. Dimensions were 25" X 67". No baffle, strait through. An insert that could and would devour 5' firewood logs or splits. I saved a picture, when one of the kids is around I'll have them put it up.
