Nope. V8. Flathead Fords had a shared exhaust port for 2 cylinders on each side of the block so it looks like a V6.

I think on the intake side all three carbs dump into a common plenum, but I might be wrong.

It's called a tri-pack or a six pack. they usually stage the carb linkages so each opens progressively as the throttle is depressed.
I set a six pack up on a buddies Plymouth Roadrunner original 440 - that thing was awesome

I go away for a few days and pages and pages go by. Takes a while to catch up.

Ain't that the truth! I don't think I'll catch up but rather just try to blend in again somewhere along the line.

Back to work yesterday turned into a 13 hour day. Not the kind of day I was looking forward to; a way too hot attic for this old too close to full time retirement guy!

yooperdave and Woodwidow, you have to keep up around here...FHC is a hopping place! :)

Out for a walk/jog this morning before work. Feeling sluggish lately and trying to find some more energy.

Finished cleaning out the r-pod and putting it back in place for awhile. While it was out of place, I was able to prune and cut back my big amazing rose bush. The bush is ten feet tall with all the flowers at the top. Garden needs attention but it is finally too hot (at least for here) to work out there. Tomorrow morning I will have a go at it. Looking for a baseball game to watch now and relax.

For those who haven't had too many smoothies, and remember my boring 7 weeks back in march/april, had another followup with the ortho today. Making some progress strength wise. Just not on the shoulder spasms and tactile issues. Setting up for another epidural and see if it can get at the inflammation. Dreading getting off the ibuprofen for it. Tried reducing, but it seems to be containing the issue for now.
Time to finish smoothies (see adult beverage thread). Back to work tomorrow.

Fyi, this place helped when I was flat on my back, bored silly. Gave me something to read.
