This is the first place I had seen these things. I think it was Scotty Overkill that made them and I think DexterDay made some as well , maybe there were some swags GTG? But anyway I saw these and thought of yall. I first spotted them from like 40 yards away out front and knew what they were immediately. I had no idea these were sold commercially. But I guess anything g a person can make a dollar on.
We should all make up a bunch and sell 'em outta' the driveway for $12. Kimberly , sorta' like this............Swedish torch. I made one a couple years ago at my SisIL's. No need to cut all the way down though.
Yep papa Dave beat me to it. Yea I guess I should of wrote that for those who don't know. Wasent trying to make it an inside post or anything.
I don't think I would pay $14.99 but I can see campers buying them. Of course I know when you are producing things there are other costs involved, such as distribution. They would probably sell more if they had a photo of one in use at a campsite so people can see and get the idea.
OK, saw it, Bonfire Jumbo I think. Still, a colour photo of one in use, people standing around enjoying a cold one, laughing, etc. Marketing, it is all about marketing.
Seen them at Sam's Club a couple weeks back.Forget what brand, they were decent size around 13-14" diameter, about same length. White Birch, had a couple ''certification labels'' on the wrapper New York State kiln dried heat treated blah blah with the rope handles too. $14.99 if I remember..... And course I bought 50 of them...
