    Poor guy was doing a lot of work himself for having a powered splitter. I've seen many working that way but it doesn't make much sense to me to work so hard when you have the tools to do the work for you....even if it is one hp.

    I rather have the horse more for twitching logs out to the landing than splitting. I can split pretty fast with my Cub Cadet. Getting the wood to the saw horses and splitter is where the work is at.
