That is what I was going to suggest. Actually, I was going to suggest a CLEAN old sock.

While I hear you on that, it grew to 1000. They allowed it to continue to grow rather than use common sense and shut it down at 9PM when it was clearly going to be a problem and there were half as many. The PD lacked common sense and spoke like lawyers. Maybe that is how they are trained nowadays, but my rights and my neighbor's rights weren't as important as the party goers.

Nip it in the bud should have been the mindset.

Had it been next door to the cheif, I'd bet good $ it would play out different.

Have you called the cheif and expressed your thoughts? Mayor? I'd want someone's butt on fire for that kind of leadership.

I'm working everyone but Obama right now. I was hoping to apply for a gun license this year (dragged my feet forever) - I think after the chief of police hears me out, I'll probably be getting denied on that one :headbang:

Good morning, had some fantastic lightening with booming thunder roll thru last night, I watched it all from the garage while swilling a frostie IPA with a coupla' trusty old Coleman's burning.
Too wet to mow grass, the bosswoman is trying to ruin my semi-retirement by having me work this evening and that's okay,,I told her a while back that my good wife says I'll be glad to work when ever you need me to cover extra shifts...

pounding the caffeine got up late.. friend called yesterday her baler died on Sunday got to get hay in for horses.. of course it's going to rain... I help out when I can.. she is disabled from severe car accidents.. but still mobile.. since she can't ride her horses anymore her mini farm has turned into retirement home for high need and neglected animals...

1000 bales lifted each one 4 to 5 times no need for gym this week!

I remember it well as a kid. I'd try to keep up, tossing bales on the trailer as our neighbor would work our farm's fields. Yep... always hot and sweaty work. Not a lot of fun most times... but the ride up the fields and down the road to their barn sure was fun on that big trailer. Prolly put us in jail for doing that now... :picard:

The heavy storms stayed southeast of us last night so that was good but we need more rain.

It's 68 degrees out with a nice breeze, sure beats 90.

Looks like 50% chance tonight and 60% chance tomorrow, for O'burg anyway.

I ordered a Native American rain dance up for us.

Not much rain in the forecast for this area Gasifier , maybe a .25 inch tonight which means we'll get .10.
