Cod and Halibut low heat apple wood smoked for about an hour and finished off on the grill. Threw a piece of wood and coals on the grill for good measure. Seasoning - lime juice, fresh cilantro, cumin, fresh cracked pepper, sea salt, olive oil, ancho chili powder and garlic powder - all blended and brushed on. Toppings included- spicy and regular slaw, salsa, corn/bean "salad", left over brush sauce, chipotle cream sauce, avocado, tomato and seasoned rice. Sorry, no finished taco pics- was in a rush to get the family served, early Father's Day meal for the wife's family.

I had about 4 pounds of fish. 6 people and 10 8" soft tacos later everything was gone!

The first time I ordered fish tacos my wife thought I was nuts. Now she likes them to. Never made my own, but that pic/ recipe is inspiring!

I love fish tacos, we make them at home fairly often too. You went all out, I bet those were amazing!

Just be careful with the type of fish that I used. It will become very flaky fall apart when just done. After I found that out I tried not to move the fish other than plating.

I made my version but didn't have time to smoke the fish. They were still very good, kids devoured them which is always a good thing.
