    Stacked a cord tonight, one more drying rack to fill and the stacking part of my life is done until October.
    This is gonna be a good heating season, I have 2 cords of red oak ready and waiting...definitely worth the wait.

    They are on a Disney cruize headed towards Paris right now.
    They arent cutting the vaca short..

    KNowing theyre pets are safe and sound, they are going to remain on vacation
    until the planned time they had to come home which is next wednesday.

    It's nothing compared to what you did last night, but my quick thinking saved a fawn this AM . I saw a doe run across the road ahead of me about 300' on a 45 mph back road. I got on the binders assuming there might be more.

    There was.

    1 tiny fawn tried to go across the road right in front of me in my car. Because I had predicted more would be there, I really got on the binders, and so did the fawn. The little guy went back the way he came. I think he learned those wheeled things are nothing to be messed with.

    I made sure nobody was behind me, and there was only 1 car headed in the opposite direction, well after the mom crossed the road. I signaled to let the car know to slow down, and they did.

    I took the same route home after 8+ hrs, and thankfully there were no signs of anything, so I'm assuming the baby reunited with mom.

    Either electrical or fireworks..
    I guess a few neighbors saw fireworks 15-20 minutes before i called the fire in.
