What's up today (bullchiting) thread.

Here is how my Monday night went..

Neighbors went on a cruise, been gone since last week.


That's not my house in the background..




I saved all of they're pets.
It's 4am here, I just got out of the hospital for heavy smoke inhalation.

8 or 9 dogs and a cockatoo.


I'm tired, banged up and sore.
Got some cuts and scrapes and also twisted my left ankle pretty good.

 

Me too!

Now you have directly heard it from TWO women in a short amount of time.

 

You are a great neighbor! It's one thing to lose a house, but to lose the pets too would be devastating.

Hope you recover from the smoke quickly!

 

Holy chit LinkedXJ! You alright? Tell us what happened when you can. Rest man. Rest.

 

Caffeine going in. What to make the wife and kids for breakfast? We have to drop off wife's Pilot this morning to get the air conditioning fixed. Parts that were on back order came in and we lined up a time good for both parties. The other issue, suspension, turned out to be less expensive to fix, so that was a relief. Hopefully split some wood today!

 

Your wife has her own personal pilot? Things must be great in the valley.....

 

Along with Horkn 's wife and wildwest , you may add 99 lbs to the list of women who despise shopping!....well, grocery shopping, that is. I usually go along to "help out" and make sure she gets all the basic food groups covered.......

 

Grocery shopping is about the only type of shopping I don't mind doing. Probably because I know what I want, know where it is (unless the rearrange the store ), and get in then get out. It is for everything else I hate shopping with a passion.

 

LinkedXJ you must be down to like 3 lives to go by now?

40 degrees on back porch. Going to be a beautiful 76 though!

Looks like I won't be splitting wood. Littlest one is staying home sick.

 

At around 10:30 our power flickered, about 10 minutes later Sully my male Aussie started acting weird.. Him, champ- the yellow lab and i went out the back door and i saw 20' flames coming from the neighbors house!

We went back inside my house through the back door, i grabbed my phone and i went out the front door. i dialed 911, alerted the neighbors on the other side, grabbed the 2x8 ramp off of my trailer and beat down the front door. I entered the house around 10:45 and started to make my way in. I knew the people were out of town, i knew they had alot of pets. i found the dogs and the bird and started yanking them out of the house
I fell a few times, i tripped over 3 or 4 baby gates, tripped over the dining room table, on my 5th or 6th trip in emergency crew started to arrive, i was rushed to to carle for heavy smoke inhilation and an injured left ankle.

I have to go to work today...

I just hope someone would do the same for us if we were ever in this situation.


I could literally just cry for hours right now.

I'm going to go ahead and let y'all know... I saved 8 dogs live's tonight and a big azz white bird's life...Our dog Sully, the male Aussie, alerted me around 10:40. We went out the backdoor and I saw 20' flames coming off the neighbors house. They are out of town. To shorten this up a bit.. I knocked down the front door and saved they're pets. I'm currently at Carle receiving treatment for heavy smoke inhalation and an injured left ankle. Have a few cuts here and there as well. I'll be OK...I'm proud of my self for what I did. Hope to go home soon.

ive been busy with news crews all dang day.

Even did a photo shoot with most of the animals i rescued!

 

Man, I am NOT gonna' like that.
