    Eugene is a bit of a hippy location. Quite rural. WA has the strict burn rules and bans but most of the time we just burn a modern stove and it's fine.

    Oh, you can't even pump your own gas in ORegon, the goofy kid has to do it. Then you pay income tax but no sales tax. In WA we pay sales tax but no income tax.
