    Looking good !!

I had the same thoughts 2 weeks ago and fixed it back then......they were delicious

Also, I cheated last night with a half rack from a small expensive meat market up the street that smoked some ribs on Friday. Figured I would give them a try, they dont o much in cooked, smoked meats but they are trying it out in a small electric smoker..re heated on my lump smoker for 20 minutes. They actually were really good-more $$ of course but still very good. I like this place but cant afford anything but pork or chicken here. $14 bucks a lb for marinated steak tips is out of my league not matter how good they are

Pics of the final product please :)

Glad I saw this thread. Might convince my wife to follow me to the meat market this week for some.

Already have plans for the next one......we're going to mix a bottle of my homemade maple syrup with some apple cider vinegar and inject the whole hog.......

And make a batch of sweet southern BBQ sauce using my maple syrup as the base...

BTW, TD, those ribs look amazing!!!
