I'm starting a new work schedule, and don't work again until Wed. Wife took Monday off, kids are with grammy, life is good

These boys wouldn't pose for a good picture, but there are two mature bulls there, 5x5 and 5x6. They were 20-25 yards away when we saw them, and we watched them for about ten minutes before they wandered off. Magnificent animals, and didn't seem like they had a care in the world.

They were nowhere near anyplace the DNR said we should see them. We also found a couple more in a clearcut, but it was pretty dark. Not bad for the first try

 

It's not that far, Pete. Need to be here at 7:45.

Yep. You can come anytime and take your own. We probably won't be back until Thanksgiving, though.
