    Plastic, 25 bucks for 4, hard to get on, I don't think they will fly off

    When it was new I put baby moons and trim rings on their, couple more inexpensive sets, they all got Rusty, even lacquered some of them

    We had a nasty winter a few years ago, was snowing pretty good, I pulled up to a red light that was on a slight incline and there was a Caddy Escalade in the lane next to me, light turned green and he started spinning his tires and rolling backwards, he had those spinner hubcaps things on his tires. Yep he looked real cool. I was LMAO as I drove away in my Nissan Frontier 4x4
