    That's alot of cottonwood. If by cotton wood you mean tulip poplar, I'd take it. Dries STUPID fast. When mixed with other higher btu's it can be pretty ok.

    Free. light weight. easy to split. already stacked up and easy to get to.

    If it's free and you have the time, take it. Everything burns when dried. Even if you put it out on your lawn as campfire wood for sale.

    No I don't think it's tulip poplar, Plan old Cottonwood
    Looks like it, smells like it, but I could be wrong.
    Everyone take a look see what you think I have more pictures too

    I don't have room for a bunch of Cottonwood I have a half a cord out there now.
    Got a call from the tree service guy just missed getting a 30" pin oak delivered, didn't see the call called back too late :headbang:

    This is the first time they have called me they got my number from another guy I know.

    Looks like cottonwood to me. At least a large majority of it. Keep on driving...not worth it

    I don't even know who that wood belongs to, there is a trucking company behind that lot but I don't know if they own it, I didn't try to find out because I thought it was Cottonwood

    Well, now I have 2 full cord dump load of oak coming for $75, I would really like some more Maple and Ash but I can't pass it up
