And Dave has a stove the size of my deep freeze.

 

We, on the other hand, get envied a lot when temps only drop to -3 C (26 F) in the coldest, deepest part of winter.

Warmed up to -2 f here today. Virtual heat wave. You got my sympathies Fox. Those temps in Arkansas would be a hard pill to swallow for sure.

 

Thanks guys, I didn't mean to whine But when people report local temps and conditions, if you don't know where they're at, you don't get the whole picture.

 

The prediction is for -10f. here tonight and wondchill sure to be way under that. These cold snaps are really unusual for where we are.

Dave, I'm sure you've noticed....You get an arctic blast.....days later it's in AR, while you are soaking up the balmy 48F. Vicious winter cycle. It's the way the world goes around.

Ok, it's not quite that warm, but compared to usual winter weather it's not far off! I can remember a few summers that I had the heat going in July... I don't think it was 50* even.

 

I remember 115F summer of 2012. 39 consecutive days of 100+F. That was a long hot summer.
