Cinco de Mayo for mine. I have 3 Ruby's just draining the feeder.
Came home over Loveland Pass tonight. From the shop it looked all dark an chit, so I figure it was snowing up there. It was. :picard:;)
edit- I have more than 3. I just had 3 females give the smackdown to 2 males. Usually the other way around.

May work for some - but 45 minutes is way too much for me and I feel woozy for hours after that (some say I act woozy most the time anyway - but I digress :D). When I nap at lunchtime, I don't set an alarm or anything. I naturally wake up 10-20 minutes later and feel much better. Yesterday I napped on the bike - it was a nice sunny day, in the mid 60's, so I got a little vitamin D and cat-napped at the same time. I think that is called multitasking . 12 minutes later woke up, went back into work and made my lunch.

I found that out years ago also. Seems that abut 10-15 minutes is just about enough. I used to lay on the hard floor (kitchen) for a few minutes after getting home from work-by the time you feel uncomfortable from the floor, you get up!

Studies I've read say 20 minutes max. is best. Anything after that, you are into the REM phase and disturbing that phase screws your cycle up if disrupted................I know 20 works for me although it is probably different for others.

Stinny kind of hard to like your post. Campinspecter is getting over his cold and cough but guess what? I may be next. I am fighting it off and I hope I win.

By the way, since you are a part of the FHC family, I hope we all get invites to the wedding! :)

In fact, maybe you two could get married at one of the GTGs....I'm sure Scotty Overkill would help officiate....just imagine all the great wedding gifts!

Took my mother out for her birthday last night.

She was unsuccessful on her first try of blowing out the candle. Darn kids! :)
