Any chance someone here has one of these engines? Got a machine to repower and the owner doesn't want to spend big bucks. I need the measurement from the front of the engine at the flywheel screen to back of the engine at the tip of the crankshaft. Called the semi local store last night, trying to save an hours drive time, and the kid on the phone didn't seem to know how to use a tape measure.

Looked at that and couldn't tell if the listed length was to the crankshaft or the muffler which sticks out further than the crank.

Thank you. She'll fit just fine. What did you install yours in? Any down side to this engine for your application?

Let the games begin. Need a lovejoy coupler, throttle cable, and to make a wiring harness and motor mount and its off to the races.

Finished it up this weekend. Had to make a motor mount and wiring harness but it runs great and functions as it should. Only thing I'm not happy with is the vibration. Removing an opposing twin and installing a V twin makes her shake a bit but there wasn't enough room to add rubber mounts.

Swap the tires for some 30 gallon drums and call it a vibe roller.
