I've heard that of you ever get stranded on an island, just fart. People always show up when the cheese has been cut.

    It's inevitable.

    :tears:

    What?

You and everyone else here adorable!! Just that seeing those two put it in print gave me the opportunity to point it out and be thankful for this community:) Except, no matter how kind you are, I am still getting my cement slab poured before you do

I might as well come out with this before the pic of me is uncovered, no padded round room required.

Gasifier, I hold you and most of FHC family in highest respect.... this is my first and only forum! so PLEASE if I ever offend anyone it is not intentional. .. it is my darn old Vermont Yankee smart Alec sense of humor!

I totally knew you were kidding with glue factory comment! I am in the home state of Justin Morgan (Morgan horse) my grandfather farmed mountain with draft horses! I go and help girl.. that kept horse and lost husband hay for her rescue horses and goats.. 2x a year.. great exercise :D when hurricane Irene his southern Vermont we gave extra hay away to people in need!

I have been watching your post over a year with reading about pastures and fencing.. prayed for your wife's quick recovery from collar bone injury. I admire your tenacity with making her dream come true. I assume she wants horses and you want her happy

My uncle (passed) had a beautiful 500 acre farm in northern California he said "I love my wife, my wife loves horses there go we have horses " A man I have tried so hard to emulate and failed.... They created a walkaloosa (half TWH for gait half apploosa for looks)

And as to wildwest saying we're adorable  I say we take compliment and run with it ..... I can make up a t shirt what's your size?

I only posted explanation in case others (maybe new) did not understand! :handshake:

Yep 2.0t direct injection. Only way to clean the intake valves is to remove the intake manifold completely. Then soak them with some type of carbon buildup spray and scrape the carbon off. Or of course you could bead or media blast them.

Waiting on a few quotes to do the rms :picard:

I have a cockatiel that did the exact same thing (except I was married when I got the bird). Funny thing, I still have the bird, but not the spouse. However, if the bird lives as long as we were married, 29 years, it would probably be a record for cockatiel age :D.

Walkallosa - that is a great name and bet they were stunning horses to behold.

Your Uncle was a smart man (as are apparently, several people on this forum). Never, and I mean never, make someone (man or woman) chose between their animal friends and you; If they pick animal friends, you lose. If the animal friends go, then you still lose since the animal lover has lost a part of themselves (that entire person which you loved).

Only an 8 hour day today and I decided to not do any work around the house after I got home. I went for a walk/run for just under 3 miles. Then just finished dinner with the family, wife made beef stroganoff and green beans. Now I'm waiting on a couple fresh baked cookies.[IMG]

I had a great Caesar salad tonight that my wife made. Home made croutons, and dressing.
We had some toasted buttered French bread too.
So, aside from the anchovy paste in the dressing, it was meatless.

We'll see if I don't need to snap into a Slim Jim at 9:30.:emb:

I've had zero appetite for the past 3 weeks. Probably because I've been pretty sedentary compared to normal. If I don't burn calories I don't get hungry. I've lost 10 lbs from not exercising.

Exciting walk this morning. took Shadow with me and the first thing we see is a deer in the middle of the street. It was the cause of some leash straining. Next we cross the main highway into town and start on the last leg of the walk when a bear walks out onto the street in front of us - not 60 ft away. Shadow was pretty excited so she started barking. The bear was the size of a bull mastiff dog. It stopped and looked at us. I waved my arms and it went back into the bush. When we got even to where it disappeared, it had gone up a tree and was growling at us. Shadow barked back. there was a dog from a house behind the bush that was being very vocal as well. Shadow and I continued our walk and the bear came down the tree, went across the road and disappeared in the bush behind the Legion. Shadow was just vibrating the rest of the way home.

Good morning, a cool damp 44 degrees and maybe no rain!!
Need to get a fire going in the garage stove as I have a buddy coming over to do some work on "Project Cherokee",,the ol' rust repair is one of those projects that's best left to someone who knows what they're doing!!
Have good day and be safe.
